Two suspected night dancers survive angry mob in Paacwa

Two suspected night dancers yesterday survived narrowly the angry mob of residents who attacked them as they were practicing their rituals in Kisinsima Village, Kyanaisoke Sub County in Kagadi district.

The incident happened in the wee hours of today morning.

The victims are Suleiman Bagenyi and another yet to be identified person said to be a resident of Nsambya.

According to Laurencio Birimumaiso the LC1 Chairman of Kisinsima village told KKCR that he rushed to the scene after hearing a lot of noise from corners and on reaching at the site he found people who were busy whipping the victims taking off.

He said with the help of some residents they managed to take the duo at Isunga police station.

They have rushed Suleiman who sustained severe wounds at St. Ambrose Charity Health Center IV for treatment whereas his colleague is detained at Isunga police cells awaiting interrogation.
