A mother from Rugashali Sub County Kagadi district has died in the way to St. Ambrose Charity Health Centre IV Kagadi following her transfer due to blood shortage at Kagadi General Hospital after delivery.
The incident happened last night.
The deceased has been identified as Tugumisirize Annet 24, a wife to Kisembo John all residents of Kibuga village in Rugashali Sub County, Kagadi district.
