The woman Member of Parliament for Kagadi district Jenifer Kyomuhendo Mbabazi last evening responded to president’s advice by handing over the 20m to Kagadi district Covid-19 taskforce.
While handing over the 20m shillings to the Kagadi district Covid-19 taskforce, Jenifer said as member’s parliament they had asked for 10b to support people affected by Covid-19 measures in their constituencies.
Jenifer promised to continue supporting Kagadi district Covid-19 taskforce like she did recently.
The 20m was handed over to the Kagadi district Chief Accounting Officer Natugonza Vicent and the resident district commissioner, Ruteraho Lillian who is also the chairperson for Kagadi district Covid-19 taskforce.
Upon receiving 20m, Natugonza Vicent acknowledged it and decided to deposit it on the bank.
