Kibaale grade one magistrate court has remanded two men who are charged with defilement respectively.
In a court sitting today presided over by his worship Emmanuel Niyokwizeera remanded an 18 year old Bosco Byuka a resident of Nyakatunzo village in Kabamba sub county Kagadi district for aggravated defilement.
Court heard from prosecution that on 11th this month, the accused while at Kihebeba village in Kasimbi Sub County, Kibaale district had carnal knowledge with a 9-year-old girl.
In dock, the accused was not allowed to take plea because the court lacks jurisdiction to the charges which prompted the magistrate to send him to Kibaale government prisons until 16th next month.
The same court remanded Bosco Byaruhanga aged 18 a pupil at Nyamarunda P/s and a resident of Rwenkende village in Nyamarunda sub-county Kibaale district also on charges of simple defilement.
Court heard that on 09th this month the accused while at Rwenkende village performed a sexual act with a 14 year old girl.
He was sent to Kibaale government prisons until 3rd next month.
