Kagadi-James Turyahikayo, the Kagadi district agricultural officer said they have so far received agricultural inputs for 1,156 farmers who were registered under agricultural cluster development project.
These include maize seeds, bean seeds and coffee seedlings.
He said the distribution of the inputs to farmers will start on Wednesday 08 07 2020 in Ruteete Sub County,Kagadi district.
He says the beneficiaries are supposed to pay 35% as the government pays 75% to get a package of inputs worth 450,000sh.
The agricultural officer Ruteete sub county, Mparana Desire said the inputs will be given to farmers who have completed paying 35% as required by the project.
