Amara cup 2020 first edition was yesterday postponed in Kinyarugonjo Sub County after the teams failed to follow the set rules and regulations for the tournament.
According to the chairperson organizing committee for Amara cup,Vicent, the disorganization started when Kiranzi fc(parish) presented players who were not in the photo Album and they were rejected by Kinyarugonjo Fc(parish).
This caused commotion and this forced the organising committee for Amara cup to postpone the games till further notice.
However, the netball went on well.
Meanwhile, Gayaza parish was the best in Pachwa Sub County.
The vice coach for Gayaza parish fc,Abas Basaliza expressed optimism to wine Amara cup 2020 first edition.
The chairperson organising committee, Vincent told our reporter that Gayaza was declared the best after securing three points and three goals.
Other parishes were kyakabanda and Igwanjura.
Amara cup sponsored by the lc5 chairperson Kibaale Amara peter salongo continues today in Nyabutanzi and Kamuroza sub counties respectively where by the winner is expected to take a trophy and premo.
