Kagadi-The outgoing LCV Chairperson Kagadi Stephen Mfashingabo on Monday evening officially handed over office to the Chief administrative officer Mathias Ndifuna at the District headquarters.
Among the items handed over include the constitution, local government act, Vehicle, stamp, development plan, Design of the new administration block and many other official documents.
While delivering his speech, Mfashingabo hailed both political and technical staff for the support rendered during his 5 year term in office.
The Chief Administrative officer Mathias Ndifuna urged civil servants and the newly elected political leaders to fulfill their mandates if service delivery is to be attained in the District.
The function has been graced by members from office of the RDC, District executive committee members and Heads of department.
