A woman identified as Mary Biferamunda aged 50 was on Monday evening found dead in a garden in Muhumbu cell, central ward in Kagadi town council.
The deceased was a casual laborer working for the family of Isaac Rubanga in Muhumbu but hailing from Kichumaazi village in Nyamarunda sub county Kibaale district
ASP Steven Kamar the District police commander says police is yet to establish the cause of the death pending a postmortem report.
Kamar has advised the community members to always go for healthy checkups to ascertain the state of their health to avoid silent death.
