A 39-year-old man identified as Muhammad Byaruhanga resident of Kashagari Village in Rugashari Sub County, Kagadi district has been arrested and detained at Kagadi Central Police station for alleged defiling a 14-year-old biological daughter.
According to the Kagadi district Police Commander ASP Steven Kamar , on 3rd Feb, 2020 at around 6 pm the suspect allegedly went to the bush to collect fire wood with her daughter whose names were withheld on reaching there he decided to stage sexual intercourse with the daughter under threats to hack her using a Panga if she insists the action.
ASP Kamar says both the suspect and the victim have been taken for HIV/AIDS testing to verify their status.
He appealed the public to always desist from behaving like animal instead maintain their humanity.
