Kagadi Town Council records Low turn-up on day two of NRM registration exercise

As the ruling NRM Party National register update exercise continues across the country, the first and second days of the activity witnessed low turn ups in some areas of Kagadi town council Kagadi district.

During a mini-survey conducted by our reporter across Kagadi Town Council, it was realized that the number of members coming for registration into the yellow book is still low, which some registrars have attributed to some residents lacking information about the exercise.

James Mwebaze the NRM registrar for Kyengaju Lc1 emphasizes there is still time until March 17th, expressing hope that members will return to check their details.

He however says the exercise began smoothly and have registered new members joining the NRM party.

He also rallied residents of eligible age to embrace the exercise.
