Kibaale
Kibaale police are holding a 36-year-old man on allegations of defiling his biological daughter aged 14 years.
Enock Kaleba, the Kibaale District CID identifies the suspect as Yoweri Mabale a resident of Kikaara village in Bucuuhya parish, Karama Sub County in Kibaale district.
It is alleged that the suspect was nabbed by concerned residents after the girl reportedly made an alarm from their house that attracted neighbors.
Police say that on reaching the scene to see what was happening, residents found Mabale red-handedly defiling his own daughter and nabbed him, thereafter handed him over to village chairperson Vincent Byaruhanga who later transferred him to Kibaale police station.
Kaleba says that the juvenile whose name has been concealed because he is a minor has been subjected to a medical examination and that inquiries are ongoing for the law to take its course against the suspect.
