The Executive director Bunyoro Kitara Youths initiative for development Dr.Emmanuel Diini Kisembo has announced his interest for the vice chairmanship for western region.
He is casting to take on Maj Gen Matayo Kyaligonza the Uganda’s ambassador in Burundi and NRA historical.
Dr. Diinim Kisemb who is also the Buyaga East Member of Parliament hopeful speaking to our reporters this afternoon, says if given office, he will lobby motorcycles for sub county youths chairpersons, and cash facilitation to sub-county and district NRM leaders to motivate them on their duties.
Dr. Diini says he will use the office to monitor government programs, mobilize youth for government programs as well as sensitizing them on NRM achievements and NRM ten points programs.
He says as a youthful leader he will also prevent the youths from being taken away by opposition forces citing people power movement. He also hinted on lobby for the welfare of the veterans.
Dr Diini Kisembo however, has clarified that his interest for the Buyaga Eat MP seat is still on and that he will use the Western vice chairperson NRM seat to lobby for his constituents in Buyaga East and Western region at large.
He is asking support from all the NRM members from Kigezi, Ankole, Toro, Bunyoro and Kagadi in particular asserting that they will be the major beneficiaries.
The NRM shall elect regional vice chairpersons in May 2020.
It is remembered that in 2015, Mr.Odurick Rwabwogo son- in-law to HE Yoweri Kaguta Museven had shown interest for the same seat but was later advised by top NRM leadership to step down for the incumbent Maj Gen. Matayo Kyaligonza.
