Kibaale
district deputy RDC Carolyne Kashaiza Muyambi and civil servants have commended
outgoing District Internal Security officer, Captain Peter Baguma, for
fostering unity and co-existence.
Captain Peter Baguma who has been transferred to UPDF Headquarters in Nakasero,
Kampala, held a farewell party at Starlight Hotel in Karuguuza town, Kibaale district.
The function was held on Wednesday where deputy RDC Muyambi challenged civil servants to use Captain Peter Baguma as their role models.
Among others, the Kibaale district Police Commander (DPC), David Otabong hailed Captain Baguma for being corporative, trustworthy, faithful among others.
Captain Baguma has been replaced by Faluku Mugisa who promised to work with the community to ensure peace in the district.
