Kagadi -The Woman Member of Parliament of Kagadi district Hon Janepher Kyomuhendo Mbabazi and the resident district commissioner Kagadi, Lillian Ruteraho Monday afternoon survived a nasty road accident in Ndaiga Sub County.
Hon.Janepher, RDC Ruteraho, the Kagadi district communications officer, George Gulyetonda, Pascal Kasaija, member of Red Cross and the driver Julius were travelling in a vehicle registration number UAZ 984 B to Lake Albert to deliver relief items to victims of the recent floods in Ndaiga Sub County.
The items were donated by Uganda Red Cross society, Kibaale branch.
The accident happened today afternoon after the vehicle failed to break as it moved down Ndaiga hill on Kyaterekera-Ndaiga road in Ndaiga Sub County, Kagadi district.
MP Janepher who doubles as the patron of Uganda red cross society ,Kibaale branch told our reporter that she survived by the grace of God and that all car occupants are safe.
In an interview with our reporter, the RDC Kagadi Lillian Ruteraho asked the general public to stay calm as the car occupants are out of danger.
